PARK RENEW EXISTS TO
FORM OUR PEOPLE THROUGH THE GOSPEL, EQUIPPING THEM TO WORSHIP JESUS IN EVERY FACET OF THEIR LIVES.
We structure our events and initiatives around four key pursuits:
We form and equip our people to love what God loves in the way he loves it, cultivating delight in the beautiful.
We form and equip our people to humbly and confidently understand and articulate what God has revealed of himself and his world.
We form and equip our people to faithfully steward their lives for the good of others in the home, at the workplace, around the neighborhood, and throughout the city.
We form and equip our people to consistently invest in relationships, covering brokenness and celebrating redemption.
The two primary ways that our leadership seeks to form and equip our people is through Sunday corporate worship and our Gospel Community ministry.
Events and initiatives we provide through Park Renew are supplemental to these weekly Sunday gatherings and to what takes place in neighborhoods throughout the Denver Metro area as part of our Gospel Communities.
HERE IS MORE INFORMATION ABOUT
PARK RENEW EVENTS AND INITIATIVES:
Each semester, we hold a number of different classes and seminars. These require a low-level of commitment; simply show up ready to think and discuss how the gospel transforms different areas of our lives. You can find audio from previous classes and seminars here.
Around once per year we host speakers and musicians who have been influential to the theological vision of Park Church so that we may learn and grow together in the context of weekend symposiums. You can find the content from our previous symposiums and information about our upcoming symposiums here.
A Gospel Cohort is a group of people that meets regularly for a defined period of time in order to grow together through studying a particular book or resource. Many of our cohorts emerge from within Gospel Communities, so ask around in your GC to see what might already be going on. We also have other cohorts focused on different topics that are open to anyone in our church family. Learn more here.
We want to continually provide a list of helpful books as well as downloadable resources for our people. You can see the list of these resources soon.
